The prices are per person for an overnight accommodation and vary according to location, size and furnishing of the rooms. A rich and varied buffet-style breakfast and daily room service are included.

Reduced rates for children and adolescents

In case of extra bedding required for the double-bed, pull-out twinsize couch in an apartment or in a suite (with two persons paying the full price), including a rich and varied buffet-style breakfast:

• up to 6 years of age: 100 %
• 7–11 years of age: 50 %
• 12–16 years of age: 30 %
• baby-beds available free of charge

Other Services

• extra charge for additional meals, i.e., a 3-course meal or a buffet 18,– €, per person, per day
• complementary meals for children up to 6 years
• children between 7–11 pay 9,– € per child, per day|
• drinks are not included
• it is possible to bring your pets
• indoor parking 15.- € per day, per car

All charges include VAT, required by law.
In addition, the charges for spa-tax, required by the Administration of Ostseebad Binz, will be added to the bill. Current status: December 2007. We reserve the right for price changes.
